Meetings with the CTC Once Per Month
The best way to get involved and stay involved is to show up! The CAB meets with the Center for Trans Care on the LAST WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH. The CTC is uniquely suited to provide resources and feedback as a Primary Care Office for the LGBTQIA+ community, so attending is an excellent way to highlight prominent needs and ideas.
Aside from the monthly CAB + CTC meetings, keep your eye on this CAB-A-ZINE news site to stay involved and aware of upcoming events!
Why does this matter?
Community and connection is powerful. The existence of the CAB - and your active participation in it - means improved access to resources and healthcare.
An active CAB ensures that community needs don’t fade away unheard and unaddressed. The CTC is a resource to support the LGBTQIA+ community, but they need to hear from YOU in order to meet community needs. The CTC relies on the COMMUNITY to take note of what is needed, and ADVISE the CTC on those findings!
